SLOPPY JOES FOR 16


2-1/4 lbs. ground beef
2-1/2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 bottle (14-oz.) ketchup
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. prepared mustard

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper in a skillet; drain off excess fat. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put in a large oven-proof Dutch oven or use a crock-pot.

Bake, uncovered, at 325^ 1-1/2 hours.
