EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE


2 lbs. ground beef
Tortilla chips
2 cans (10.5-oz. each) ranch-style beans, undrained
2 (10-1/4-oz. each) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. processed cheese spread, grated
1 (10-oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies

Brown beef and drain. In a 9-x-13-inch casserole, layer ingredients in this order: chips, meat, beans, soup, cheese, and tomatoes & chilies. Bake at 350^ for 40 minutes.

Yield: 8-10 servings.
