BEEF SHORT RIBS--PRESSURE COOKER

BEEF SHORT RIBS---PRESSURE COOKER


10 lbs. short ribs of beef, cut into serving pieces
3 tsp. cooking oil
3 onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cups water

1. Heat canner, add oil and brown ribs

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Close cover securely.

4. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 40 minutes at 15-lbs. pressure.

5. Let pressure drop of it’s own accord.

Yield: 15 servings.
