HAM APPLE and CHEDDAR PIE
1-1/2 cups fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4-oz)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4-cup)
1 small cooking apple, peeled and chopped (1/2-cup)
½ cup original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
½ tsp. pepper
2 eggs
Heat oven to 400^. Spray pie plate, 9 x 1-1/4 inches, with cooking spray. Sprinkle ham, cheese, onions and apple in pie plate.
Stir remaining ingredients in a medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour over ham mixture.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Yield: 6 servings
