PORK CHOPS DIJONNAISE
Yield: 6 servings.

6 boneless fresh 1-inch pork loin filets
½ cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs

Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Dip pork filets in the mixture.

Coat with breadcrumbs.

Place pork filets on the 4-inch rack, and bake on power level HI for 13 to 15 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown (best when served with wild rice.

OPTIONS AND COOKING TIPS:
To cook frozen pork filets, place on the 4-inch rack on power level HI for 18 to 22 minutes.

Asparagus turns out great in the Nu-Wave Oven. Brush with little olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, and cook on 1-inch rack on power level HI for 15 minutes.

Cook rice right in the Nu-Wave Oven. Place the appropriate amount of rice, water, butter and salt in a covered dish according to directions. Place the covered dish right on the liner pan. Cook on high for 30 minutes until tender.

* When adding water to rice, make sure to use hot (boiling) water.
