PEANUT BUTTER JUMBOS
1-1/2 cups peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1-cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup M&M’s miniature baking bits
In a large mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine oats and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and baking bite.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350^ for 12-14 minutes or until edges are browned. Remove to wire racks.
Yield: 9 dozen.
