JoAn’s CASSEROLE
3 boneless chicken breast
1 cup celery, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 (8-oz.) carton sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. salt
pepper to taste
crushed potato chips
paprika
Cut cook chicken into bite-size pieces
Mix remainder of ingredients, except potato chips and paprika, with chicken.
Pour chicken mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with potato chips and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven at 350^ until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
