RANCH BBQ RIBS

2 racks pork baby back ribs, rinsed and patted dry

RUB:
1 (1-oz) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad
Dressing and Seasoning Mix
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
SAUCE:
1 (18-oz) bottle prepared BBQ sauce
1 (1-oz) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad
Dressing and Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp. molasses
½ tsp. hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 325^. Rinse ribs and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing Seasoning Mix, paprika and pepper. Rub ribs with seasoning mixture and place in a shallow roasting pan, set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; pour sauce over ribs. Cover with foil and roast in preheated oven for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
Skim fat from sauce; set aside. Cut ribs into serving portions and serve with sauce on the side.

Yield: 6 servings.
