CHOCOLATE CAKE

CHOCOLATE CAKE


3 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup margarine
1 cup milk
1 cup boiling water or coffee
2 tsp. vanilla

Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl
Blend with electric mixer, beginning on low setting, and increasing speed until butter is of smooth consistency.

Pour into greased and floured cake pan (9-x-13-inch.)

Bake at 350^ until toothpick test comes out clean.

Frost with your favorite frosting when cool.

Yield: 15-18 servings.
