PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE

PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE



1 cup water
1 cup (2 sticks butter)
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup peanut butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a large saucepan mix the water, butter, salt, and peanut butter over medium heat,

Mix in the flour, sugar and eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla.

Pour into s greased 13-x-9-inch pan.

Bake for 20 minutes, be careful not to over bake.


Yield: 12-15 servings.
