FLAT BEANS and SAUSAGE FOR 20 PEOPLE


14 (16-oz.) cans butter beans with juice
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
6 (10-oz.) cans cream of celery soup
7 lbs. Polish sausage


Cut sausage into 3-inch pieces. Mix the ingredients in a large pan. Bake in oven for one hour at 350 degrees.
