BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE

BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE


1 small onion, diced
¼ cup butter
2 cups instant rice
2 cups water
1 can (10-oz.) cream of mushroom soup
½ tsp. salt
1 large jar Cheez Whiz (or Velveeta)
2 packages (10-oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli


Put all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on LOW for 7 hours or High for 2-3 hours


Yield: 6 servings.
