SPANISH RICE IV
(CROCK-POT)
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
1-1/2 cups water
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
¾ cup brown rice
2 Tbsp. chunky salsa
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-10 hours.
