BRISKET

BRISKET


1 large uncooked brisket
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. meat tenderizer


Place brisket, fat side down in a roasting pan. Combine all dry ingredients band sprinkle generously over the top

Cover with foil and bake for 10 hours at 200^.

Cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
