TENDER ‘n’ TANGY RIBS
¾ cup vinegar
½ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. pork spareribs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a slow cooker.
2. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; brown in a skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until tender.
Yield: 2 servings.
