SWEET AND SAVORY RIBS

SWEET AND SAVORY RIBS
“ Let the slow cooker do the cooking”


1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
2-1/2-lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs
1 (18-oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
¼ cup spicy brown mustard
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper


Place onion in a 5-quart slow cooker. Top with the ribs. Combine the barbecue sauce, syrup, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or until ribs are tender

Yield: 6 servings.
