CROCKPOT SPANISH RICE
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 (28-oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 (16-oz.) can tomato sauce
2-1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw rice, converted
grated cheese (optional)
Brown ground meat in skillet and drain well. Place all ingredients in crockpot. Stir well. Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on LOW (3-4 on HIGH).
