SLOW COOKED BBQ RIBS
(For Crock Pot)
3 lbs. pork spareribs
Salt
Pepper
1 jar barbecue sauce (your favorite)
1 onion, diced
Do not preheat the slow cooker.
Dice up onion, add to crock-pot.
Rub the ribs with salt and pepper, add to crock-pot.
Dump barbecue sauce on top.
Cook on LOW setting for 8-10 hours.
Try not to lift the lid too much.
The meat will fall off the bone.
Yield: 4-6 servings.
