HOMEMADE MACARONI and CHEESE
2 cups macaroni, uncooked
4 cups milk
4 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
8-oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed or shredded
3 cups shredded cheese, 2 cups Cheddar, 2 cups mixed cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard powder
