CHOCOLATE PIE

CHOCOLATE PIE
“A favorite of Joe Walker”


1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust, or your choice
3 cups milk
1-1/4 cup sugar
½ cup cocoa (light, dark or combo)
5 Tbsp. Flour
3 Tbsp. Butter
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 container (12-oz.) cool whip

Cook all ingredients over medium heat until firm.

After it cools pour into pie shell and top with cool whip.
