SLOW COOKER SWEET and SOUR CHICKEN


1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken tenders
1 (18-oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
1 cup chili sauce
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 (8-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained


Place onion, red bell peppers, green peppers, and chicken tenders in the bottom of the crock pot.

Pour barbecue sauce and chili sauce over the vegetables and chicken.

Stir garlic and pineapple chunks through the barbecue sauce.

Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.
