15-MINUTES NACHO SUPREME
3 lbs. ground beef
2 (1.12-oz.) package taco-seasoning mix
3 (10.75-oz.) cans tomato soup
4-1/2 cups water
4-1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
Thick and chunky salsa
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Tortilla chips
Cook beef and taco seasoning in skillet until browned, pour off fat.
Add soup, water, and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
Top with salsa, cheese, and lettuce. Serve with warm tortilla chips for dipping.
Yield: 12 servings.
