TURKEY PATTIES

TURKEY PATTIES
"An entrée that can get on the table in a hurry"

2 lbs. ground turkey
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
¼ cup minced green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
¼ cup soy sauce 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil.
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

In a large bowl, blend turkey with breadcrumbs, eggs, green onion, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Shape in to 4 patties.

Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Cook burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Yield: 8 servings.
