WHIPPED SWEET POTATO BAKE

3 cans (15-oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained
¼ cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. nutmeg
3 cups miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350^. Beat sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in medium bowl with electric mixer until well blended.

Spoon into lightly greased1-1/2-quart casserole dish; top with marshmallows.

Bake 15-20 minute, or until potato mixture is heated through and marshmallow are slightly browned.

Yield: 10 servings, ½ cup each.
