TORTILLA SOUP IV
2 lbs. chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
3 packages dry taco mix
2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with chilies
4 cans diced tomatoes
1 red onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
25-30-oz water
Combine all ingredients in a large roaster. Bake, uncovered, at 300^ to 350^ for 2 to 3 hours.
