TANGY CHICKEN FAJITAS

TANGY CHICKEN FAJITAS
"Just serve some salsa, shredded cheese, tomatoes,
sour cream, Spanish rice and tortillas".

1 cup olive oil
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup fresh lime juice
4 (.7-oz.) packages dry Italian-style dressing mix6 whole boneless chicken breast
2 onions, sliced
2 green bell peppers, sliced

In a large glass bowl combine the oil, vinegar, lime juice. And dry salad dressing mix. Mix together. Add chicken strips, onion and bell pepper. Cover dishes and refrigerate. Marinate 3 to 6 hours.

In large skillet, heat oil. Remove chicken, onion and bell peppers from marinade and sauté in oil until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear) and onion is translucent.

Yield: 12 servings.
