POT ROAST with VEGETABLES

POT ROAST with VEGETABLES
Roaster Oven

6-8 lbs. beef chuck roast
2 cups baby carrots
8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 onions, quartered
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Place roast in bottom of Cooking Pan. Place vegetables around sides of roast. Add salt, pepper and broth. Cover; cook at 300^ for 3-4 hours or until tender.
