PORK SPARERIBS
4 to 5 pounds pork spareribs
seasoned salt
1 (16-oz,) can cranberry sauce
3 T. brown sugar
Preheat oven to broil. Place ribs in shallow pan, sprinkle with seasoned salt and broil briefly on both sides to degrease. Reduce oven heat to 325^. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and brown sugar and melt over low heat. In a roaster, place ribs and cover with thick layer of cranberry mixture. Cover and bake for 2 hours. Reduce heat to 200^ to keep ribs warm until ready to serve. Will keep indefinitely. Cut into serving pieces.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
