PERFECT LIL SMOKIES

PERFECT LIL SMOKIES

2 (16-oz.) packages Little Smokies sausages
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup Dijon (any prepared brown mustard will do)

Mix brown sugar, ketchup and Dijon mustard in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat.

Pour sauce over lil smokies and simmer over low heat for 30-45 minutes.

You can also put in crockpot on low setting.

Yield: 20 servings, 90 smokies.
