MONSTER COOKIES
1 dozen eggs
1 lb. margarine
2 lbs. brown sugar
4 cups white sugar
18 cups oatmeal
8 tbsp. baking soda
3 lb. peanut butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. M & M’s
1 lb. chocolate chips
Combine eggs, margarine, peanut butter, corn syrup and vanilla; beat well. Beat in the sugars, using mixer for this. Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape with small ice cream scoop and put on greased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Bake at 350^ for 10-12 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
