MASHED POTATO TACOS

MASHED POTATO TACOS

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16-oz.) package refrigerated mashed potatoes, warmed
1 (1.25-oz.) package taco seasoning mix
1 package (12) taco shells, warmed

Toppings: Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced green onions, Ortega® Thick and Smooth Taco Sauce.

Brown beef, drain. Add mashed potatoes and seasoning mix; mix well.

Fill taco shells with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, cheese and taco sauce.

Yield: 6 servings.
