LYNN’S COUNTRY STYLE BAKED PORK RIBS


1 bottle of any flavor barbecue sauce
1 ½ tsp. liquid smoke
3-4 Tbsp. molasses (to a desired sweetness)
2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
2 8-oz. cans Pineapple chunks (undrained)
4-4 ½ lbs. pre-cut boneless pork ribs (country style)

Trim off fat of boneless country style pork ribs. Arrange in a large shallow baking dish. In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour evenly over ribs and cover. Cook at 400^ for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. The longer the ribs and sauce are cooked, the more tender and thicker they become. Serve over cooked rice.

Yield: Serves 6-8.
