GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN
2 cups dried breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (3-oz.) can french fried onions
1 tsp. mustard powder
½ cup butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
8 bone-in chicken breast halves, skinless
Preheat oven to 350^. Lightly grease a 9-x-13-inch baking dish.
In a shallow dish or bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, onions, and mustard powder. set aside. Melt butter in a small saucepan; ad garlic and Worcestershire sauce, and sauté garlic until tender. Remove from heat.
Dip chicken breast in garlic butter mixture, and then roll it in breadcrumbs and cheese mixture, coating thoroughly. Place coated chicken in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Yield: 8 servings.
