COCONUT CUSTARD PIE

COCONUT CUSTARD PIE
" Coconut floats to the top and crisps, while pie makes it’s own very good crust."

2 cups milk
1/3 cup melted butter
¾ cup sugar
1 cup coconut
3 eggs
½ cup flour
1 dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter then add all ingredients into mixing bowl.
Mix well
Pour into 10" pie plate.
Bake 40 minutes at 350^.
Pie makes it’s own crust!
