TROPICAL COLESLAW

TROPICAL COLESLAW


10-12 cups chopped cabbage (1 large head)
2 ½ cups mayonnaise
1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup shredded carrots (about 4 carrots)
1 Cup chopped red onion (about 1 medium-sized onion)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper


In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well mixed and evenly coated.

Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours, and mix again before servings.

Yield: 8 servings.
