HOT CHILI CHEESE

HOT CHILI CHEESE


5-oz. cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sour cream
1 cup picante sauce
1 7-oz. can green chilies, chopped and drained
1 4-oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
dash hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. chili powder


Add cream cheese and sour cream in your blender, mix together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste to adjust seasoning, if necessary.
