BEST OF ALL MACARONI AND CHEESE



16-oz. macaroni or rotini pasta cook and drain
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 cups grated cheese (fresh grated is the best)
salt and pepper
basil


Combine egg, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

2. Add cooked pasta and mix together.

3. Place in any casserole dish (9x13 is good size)

4. Cook at 350^ for a half an hour.

5. Sprinkle with basil for extra flavor.

Yield: Serves 6.
