CLASSIC CHICKEN PARMESAN

CLASSIC CHICKEN PARMESAN
Yield: 4 servings
Nu-wave cooking
4 fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast
Italian dressing
Seasoned bread crumbs
12-oz. pasta sauce
8-oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
grated Parmesan to taste

Pour dressing into a dish. Dip chicken

Roll chicken in breadcrumbs.

Place on the liner pan, and bake on power level HI for 8 minutes per side.

Generously spoon sauce over each piece of chicken.

Sprinkle cheese over sauce, and bake for an additional 2 minutes.

OPTIONS AND COOKING TIPS:
To cook frozen chicken breast, place on the liner pan on power level HI for 10 minutes per side.
If you desire thicker mozzarella cheese slices, shred with a vegetable peeler.
